What Property Radar is

Property Radar is an independent website that compares off plan property projects, mainly in Dubai, with a few projects in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. It was launched in September 2026 and is published in English, French, Russian, Chinese and Arabic.

Why it exists

Buyers of off plan property mostly receive sales material. Property Radar puts official figures next to each project so that you can compare before you talk to anyone: registered sales prices, registered rents, escrow and construction progress from the project registry, and the delivery record of each developer.

Where the figures come from

Registered sales, rents, projects and developers come from the open data of the Dubai Land Department. Prices, payment plans and handover dates come from the developers' own pages, or from a property portal when the developer publishes none, and the source is named on every project page. The registry figures are reviewed every month. The methodology explains every calculation, including the Property Radar score.

Who writes it

Property Radar is run from Dubai by an independent founder with a background in Dubai property and international business. Every figure is checked against its source before it is published, and each page shows the date its data was last checked.

How Property Radar is paid

Property Radar is not a real estate broker and does not sell property. When you ask to be contacted, a partner agency licensed by the Dubai Land Department handles your request. If you buy through that agency, it shares part of the commission the developer pays it with Property Radar, and part of it comes back to you as cashback. You never pay Property Radar anything. Developers do not pay to be listed, and no position or score can be bought.
