What the site is
Property Radar compares off plan projects in Dubai using public data: Dubai Land Department transactions and registers, and prices published by developers or listing portals. Each figure shows its source and the date it was read.
Information only
Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Prices, payment plans, handover dates and availability change without notice and must be confirmed with the developer or a licensed broker before any decision. The Property Radar score is a comparison tool, not a recommendation to buy.
No brokerage
Property Radar is not a real estate broker. When you ask to be contacted, a licensed broker registered with the Dubai Land Department handles your request and any transaction, under their own terms.
Cashback
Cashback amounts shown on the site are estimates. The cashback is offered and paid by our partner agency, out of the commission the developer pays it, and only on a purchase registered through that agency. The exact amount is confirmed to you in writing by the agency before you book. It is paid after the sale is registered and once the developer has paid the commission, possibly in stages. No cashback is due if another broker registered you first on the project, if the purchase is cancelled, or if the developer does not pay the commission.
Images and brands
Project images are developer renderings, credited to their owners. Developer names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the projects.
Accuracy
We take care to publish correct figures but cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete, current or free of error. If you see a mistake, write to contact@property-radar.ae and we will correct it.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Property Radar is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of its content.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
