Who we are
Property Radar (property-radar.ae) is an independent comparison website for off plan property in Dubai. It is not a real estate broker and does not sell property. Contact: contact@property-radar.ae.
What we collect
The details you type in our forms: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the unit type you are interested in, your answers to the questionnaire (goal, budget, size, handover) and the language of the page.
The project page you sent the request from.
Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, country, device type and clicks on the WhatsApp and contact buttons. These statistics use no cookies and do not identify you.
We do not collect payment details, identity documents or passport numbers.
Why we use it
To pass your request to a licensed Dubai real estate broker who can answer it, as you agree in the form.
If you ask for it in the form, to pass your request to our mortgage adviser partner or to our rental management partner.
To improve the site from anonymous statistics.
We do not sell your data and we do not send you advertising by email.
Who receives it
Licensed real estate brokers registered with the Dubai Land Department who work with Property Radar.
Our mortgage adviser partner and our rental management partner, only if you ask for that service.
Our technical providers: Netlify for website hosting and form storage, a privacy friendly statistics service, Google for the map display and fonts, and WhatsApp if you choose to contact us by WhatsApp. Some of them store data outside the United Arab Emirates.
How long we keep it
Form requests are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted.
Cookies
Property Radar sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies when it is displayed.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@property-radar.ae. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
