How it works
Developers pay a commission to the licensed agency that registers your purchase. When you buy a listed project through Property Radar, our partner agency, a broker licensed by the Dubai Land Department, handles the purchase and gives you back part of that commission. You pay the developer's official price, with the developer's own payment plan.

Questions
Is the cashback legal in Dubai?
Yes. It is paid by a broker licensed by the Dubai Land Department, out of the commission the developer pays that broker. You pay the developer's official price and nothing is added to it.
When is the cashback paid?
After the sale is registered and once the developer has paid its commission to the agency. Developers often pay in stages, so the cashback can follow the same stages. It is paid into your own bank account.
Why is the amount an estimate?
Developers do not publish the commission they pay to agencies, and it changes with the project, the unit and the launch. The figure shown is a prudent estimate, and the agency confirms the exact amount to you in writing before you book.
What if I already contacted the developer or another agent?
Most developers protect the first registration for 30 to 90 days. If another agent registered you first on a project, no cashback is possible through us on that project. Before any contact, everything is still open.
